October OUAA Board Meeting

Dear OUAA Members,

I hope that this e-mail finds everyone doing well and enjoying the las few weeks of summer!

Our annual October meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 28 and Friday, October 29, 2010. There will be no Wednesday meeting this year, since the new president has not been chosen yet. However, we are hoping that all of you can arrive on Wednesday. Our Thursday meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m.!

Wednesday Oct. 27 - Arrival
Thursday Oct. 28 - 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday Oct. 29 - 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon

As usual, the Alumni Association will pick up the hotel expenses (2 nights only). At this time hotel accomodations are still being finalized due to our date change.

Please let me know how many of you will be attending the October meeting, so that I can get an exact count. Please let me know as soon as possible!
